If you like authentic street tacos, stay away. The barbacoa is not authentic. It’s just tough shredded beef. The pastor is definitely a pork product, and it was better than the barbacoa, but not great. The tacos are larger than normal street tacos, about 50% larger, so the price makes sense at $3 a taco. There is an over use of chili powder in the rice, the red salsa, and in the pastor. Also, the horchata was way too sweet. Overall, a mediocre experience for food that was too salty and beef that was hard to eat.
The breakfast sandwich was amazing.I've never been here, but I definitely will be coming back. I can't wait to try some other foods.
Overall, the food and service were excellent! I placed my order over the phone, and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The carne asada torta was amazing. I highly recommend this place!
